Terms of Service

By installing or using Grammar Hunt (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download, install and use the App for non-commercial entertainment and educational purposes on devices that you own or control.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code.
• Bypass, disable or interfere with security or ad-serving features.
• Use modified or cracked versions of the App.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable law or infringes third-party rights.

3. Virtual currency

Coins and gems earned or purchased inside Grammar Hunt are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They are non-refundable except where required by applicable law and are tied to the device on which they were earned.

4. Advertising

The App is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. Watching rewarded ads is optional and grants in-game bonuses. We make no guarantees about the content of ads served by third parties.

5. Updates & termination

We may release updates that change, add or remove features. We may suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of virtual items.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that it will run on any particular device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MM Coding Lingo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MM Coding Lingo is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
