Data deletion
Delete your data
Grammar Hunt does not require an account and does not store any of your gameplay data on our servers. Everything lives on your device. You have two equally permanent ways to delete it.
Option 1 — Recommended
From inside the app
- Open Grammar Hunt on your device.
- From the home screen, tap the settings icon in the top-right.
- Scroll to the Data section.
- Tap "Delete my account & data".
- Confirm by tapping "Delete forever" in the dialog.
This permanently removes:
- Player profile (name, XP, coins, gems)
- Stars, high scores and per-level progress
- Unlocked characters and achievements
- Daily-reward streak history
- Local leaderboard entries
- App settings (sound, notifications, vibration)
Option 2
Uninstall the app
Uninstalling Grammar Hunt erases every byte the app stored.
- Long-press the Grammar Hunt icon on your home screen.
- Tap Uninstall or drag the icon to the uninstall target.
- Confirm.
This is permanent
Because everything is stored locally, we cannot restore your progress, currencies or characters after deletion. If you only want to start a new game without losing rewards, use the gentler Settings → Reset progress instead, which keeps unlocked characters.
About ads data
Grammar Hunt itself does not collect personal data. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may receive your advertising ID and approximate location. To control or delete that data, follow Google's instructions: Reset or opt out of personalised ads.
